- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: Artworks must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any certificates of authenticity.
- Non-Returnable Items: Commissioned or custom-made pieces, and artworks damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.
- Refunds vs Exchanges: We offer full refunds to the original payment method or store credit for exchanges, depending on your preference.
- Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
